installing ubuntu with win 7 and xp
you must uninstall ubuntu at last during dual or triple boot.
1.use windows 7 to delete an empty partition(use the guide in my other post)
2.insert ubuntu cd(if you want to boot through your usb,then download ubuntu from here & download unetbootin from here and burn the iso file in usb device(use the guide in my other post.)
3.restart
4.select try ubuntu without installing(you can surf the internet while installation is going on)
you can also choose install ubuntu directly)
5.select language,place and time zone and click forward.
6.always select other option during ubuntu install.don't use install alongside win 7.i don't know the risk.but you can try it at your own risk.
never choose delete win7 or options alike if you want to dual boot.
7.now all the partitions are shown.like devsd or something like that.so its very hard to identify the drive you want to install ubuntu.we might select the partition with xp or win 7 or other non empty partition.that's why
deleting partition from win 7 is very necessary.
8.select the emty partition and click new option below.
9.give 258 mb size,select the format as ext2(i forgot the format type,but its usually at third option)
and then slect \boot and press ok
10.again select the empty space click new and give 6000 mb select journal4 or alike option and then select \ and press ok
11.again select the empty space click new and give all the remaining size-4000mb(i would recommend at least 10000mb)
12.again select the empty space click new and give remaining 4000mb select loop and press ok.
13.now at bottom choose the drive where you selected \boot(remember by default it chooses your full hd space which will delete all the partitions and give it to ubuntu.so do not forget to select the drive with \boot option)
14.click forward.now your installtion begins.(if you had selected install ubuntu directly in step 4 then yoy can click arrow head in the installation menu.a new screen appear in the box giving other information click it until
a information appear with ask ubuntu in red letters.click it and firefox starts.so you can surf the internet.)
15.after installation in finished(remember never eject the installation device just after the installation box disappear) after sometime you will be asked to remove the installation device.now eject the device.your computer'll restart.
16.you'll see no ubuntu option in boot menu.login to win 7.download easy bcd from here goto boot option,select add new entry,select linux\bsd,in type select grub 2
and click add entry option.
17.select edit boot menu option if ubuntu option has been marked as no then uncheck it.then save setting and restart.
18.now you'll see the boot menu with list of your os's with ubuntu too.

Uninstalling deepfreeze is very easy when you have multiple os.
1.login through ubuntu
2.goto partition containing the os with deepfreeze installed.go to windows\system 32\drivers
search for file deepfrz.sys(i deleted it and deepfreeze folder in program files and so couldn't uninstall deepfreeze) move it to any other partition.
3.copy any other *.sys file to desktop and rename it to deepfreeze.sys and copy it to windows\system 32\drivers
4.restart and login using win 7 or xp where deepfreeze is installed.You'll notice that your deepfreeze is disabled.
5.Now go to the folder containing original deepfreeze setup file and run it.You'll be asked to uninstall deep freeze first.So uninstall and then you are done.
HOPE THIS HELPS

triple boot step 2
if you want to dual boot or triple boot.Then installing xp at first is very good option.
1st install xp,then install windows 7 and then install ubuntu in separate partition for each.
after installing win 7 you'll see two option for os xp and win 7.You don't need any third party softwares for this.Now to install ubuntu through wubi you'd better login to win 7 first.You can download it from here.Using wubu is the best option for it is fast easy and safe.Just extract the file and run wubi.exe.Then select the partition you want to install ubuntu in go forward.The installation continues after restart.You can just press the arrow head until you find ask ubuntu
in red letters.click it,run firefox and surf the internet during installtion.
computer will reboot automatically after completion.Now you'll see three os options in the boot menu xp shown as previous version of windows,win 7 and ubuntu.

A new window appear with vertical list of your partitions inside the box and horizontal list below it.right click the partition with large free size and select shrink volume.It will begin to calculate shrinkable size and ask you to enter the size for new volume.You need about 30 gb so give 31000 mb size and press shrink.minimum 16 gb is required.8gb is minimum requirement for ubuntu.
Now in right click unallocated space and click new simple volume.Give the required hd size for xp and click next.In the volume label type xp and click next.Your new partition is ready.
Just leave the remaining unpartition space for ubuntu.You can create new partition during ubuntu installation.
