Uninstalling deepfreeze is very easy when you have multiple os.
1.login through ubuntu
2.goto partition containing the os with deepfreeze installed.go to windows\system 32\drivers
search for file deepfrz.sys(i deleted it and deepfreeze folder in program files and so couldn't uninstall deepfreeze) move it to any other partition.
3.copy any other *.sys file to desktop and rename it to deepfreeze.sys and copy it to windows\system 32\drivers
4.restart and login using win 7 or xp where deepfreeze is installed.You'll notice that your deepfreeze is disabled.
5.Now go to the folder containing original deepfreeze setup file and run it.You'll be asked to uninstall deep freeze first.So uninstall and then you are done.
HOPE THIS HELPS
I haven't tried it but I think you can do it from any other os than the os with deepfreeze installed.
Say you have deepfreeze installed in win 7 or xp or both.Then uninstalling deepfreeze from each other may be possible too.You can try it.
